This is my first weird sport project. My second one I did with Tucker Ottaway and Harris Tolber and it is on Harris' blog. For this assignment we were told to create a sport that is not real and that is our own. I decided to make a different version of polo. The old men ride ligers (a mix between a lion and a tiger)   and use mallets to hit a bouncy ball. They play on a soccer field. This sport is most popular in Southeast Saudi Arabia.

These are my two cover pages for books I chose and for a book that Tucker recommended to me. The assignment was to create an alternative cover page for a book we have read and also one for a book that a friend recommends. I chose the book Heat by Mike Lupica and Tucker Ottaway recommending the book Friday Night Lights. I put a pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds on the cover of Heat because he can throw it 100 mph, which is the fastest in the MLB. I also added a flaming baseball because thats what i think of when i think of a pitcher throwing really fast. For Friday Night Lights I made the background a football field with a powerful light in the top right corner and put three of the Permian players in the foreground. I enjoyed this assignment and I'm satisfied with my work.

I worked on the Trailside Art Show project with Harris Tolber and Tucker Ottaway and the project is on Harris' blog. We all enjoyed working on this assignment and used our creativity to create a wonderful project for the art show.

These are three of my projects that i did based on three different tutorials from the NAPP site. I used a Virginia football player for the first one and made his body blend into the background with the help of the tutorial. For the second one I made the bomb seem like it was about to go off and explode. The third one was a tutorial about a poster for a night club and I made the letters a cool and different way. I enjoyed doing these projects and had a good time working on them. I am completely satisfied with my work.

This assignment was to do two flyers about events for our school. I chose to do a flyer about the football team's upcoming game against Powhatan and a preview of the basketball team's upcoming season. I got pictures of our players in action and used them in the flyers. I tried to make them as appealing as possible so people would notice them and take a look at them.

For this project we were told to use a tool on photoshop and show how to use it. I was assigned the sharpen tool which helps add an interesting touch to pictures. I used a picture of Harris juggling a soccer ball and used the sharpen tool on his face, the ball, and the truck behind him. I enjoyed doing this project and i hope it helps first time photoshop users.

For this project we were told to create an avatar out of somebody or make an alter ego of them. I chose to make an alter ego of Ronaldo by making him a princess. He is a professional soccer player that flops a lot and complains about calls.

This is my cumulative project. I put four of my best projects from through out the year in this project to show people my best work. I enjoyed this project and I am satisfied with my work.

This was the text illustration project. I chose the word discrimination because it happened in the movie and is a very powerful thing. I used pictures of a black crayon being discriminated and a yellow duck being discriminated. I am completely satisfied with my project.  

This is my first project of the series of 6. My overall topic is racism, so i chose to do a project about the racist tweets against Joel Ward. These tweets were extremely offensive towards African Americans and were said because these people were mad that Joel Ward scored the game winning goal against their team.     They were completely out of line and i am ashamed of the people that said those things. However, i am completely satisfied with my project and would not change anything about it.  

For this project we were told to get an object, duplicate it, and put different backgrounds and colors in it. I chose a picture of a seahorse and put some colorful backgrounds in it. I am satisfied with my work and enjoyed this project.

For this project we were told to go on photoshopuser.com and do a tutorial. I chose the color replacement brush tutorial and used it on a picture of a zebra grazing. I played with the different samplings and tolerances and used a variety of colors on the zebra's stripes. I enjoyed this project and I am satisfied with my work.  

For this project we were told to get an object, duplicate it, and put different backgrounds and colors in it. I chose a tennis ball and found some neon backgrounds to put in each one. This was a challenging project but i am satisfied with my work.

For this project we were told to get a picture of something and "hide" it in another picture. I am completely satisfied with my work and enjoyed this project. I got a picture of a group of zebras and hid an object in it. See if you can find it!

For this project we were told to do a tutorial on photoshopuser.com. I chose the panning blur effect and used a picture of Ray Rice running away from two New England Patriots players. It adds a nice effect and i am completely satisfied with my work.

I did a 3-D chair with Tate.

This is a project i did based off one of the tutorials from photoshopuser.com. It is called the fog horror film effect and i chose to do it on a picture of Whoopi Goldberg. This is one of my favorite projects that i have done recently and i am completely satisfied with my work.

For this project we were told to go to Animoto and make a video using our projects. I picked some of my favorite projects and put them in my video. I am completely satisfied with my work and would not change anything about it.  

For this assignment we were told to go to photoshopuser.com and do one of the tutorials. I chose blending in the wall because it looked interesting and exciting. I got a picture of a man standing against a brick wall and followed the tutorial to make this project. I am satisfied with my work and would not change anything about it.

For this project we were told to get a picture of somebody and put pictures in it to describe them. I decided to get one of my photoshop pictures and put a picture of a basketball, tennis ball, 0% and pokemon. They all describe me in some way and i am satisfied with my work.

For this assignment we were told to go to a free photo-editing website and write a review of it. I think the websites photofunia.com and taaz.com are very useful photo editing sites but can be confusing and hard to find your way around. They can change someones appearance just like that and make you look like a completely different person. These sites are popular and come up with new ideas every day. I would recommend trying out these sites sometime.    

This is our midterm project that we had to do. We were told to make a certain sized grid, use our photos and use tools to change the photos. I decided to use some of the photos my friends and I took outside and   some photos that I used in my other projects. I am satisfied with my work and would not change anything about it.  

For this assignment we were told to pick two artist/ images that inspired us. This painting by Vincent Van Gogh inspires me because the man is in agony and doesn't know what to do. He is going to have to overcome whatever has brought this onto him. This painting also resembles some of the paintings in Art News. 

For this assignment, we were told to pick two artist/ images that inspired us. This painting by Claude Monet inspires me because it is a nice scene and very well done. You can tell the painter really put a lot of thought into it and cares about his paintings.

For this project we were told to get a picture of ourselves, duplicate it and change each picture. I used my Marla painting for the background because I thought it fit in well. I changed each picture using the filter tools and I am satisfied with my work. I would not change anything about it.

For this project we were told to do a painting that resembles one of Marla's. It is an abstract-expressionist work of art that i am very happy with. I was inspired by Marla and would not change anything about it.
